Questions
Who counts as a person on my plan?
Anyone who signs in to Nexus or Axiom. Someone who uses both still counts once. A single product includes 3 people and the Bundle includes 5, shared across both.
What's a crew pack?
Crew are people who only use the time clock: installers, delivery help, part-time hands. They don't take a seat. A crew pack covers them as a group.
How does the trial work?
You get 14 days with everything in your plan. We take a card when you start and don't charge it until the trial ends. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.
What happens if a payment fails?
Nothing changes for 7 days while you sort it out. After that your account goes read-only: you can still see everything, but not add to it, until the payment goes through.
Is Hone free?
Hone has a free plan. Hone Pro adds more and costs $5 a month per person, or comes included for the owner on the Bundle.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Move between Nexus, Axiom and the Bundle, or between monthly and yearly, whenever you like. Your data stays put.
